Yes. I offer a free 15–20 minute initial consultation by phone or online. This gives you the opportunity to discuss your needs, ask questions, and decide whether therapy feels right for you.
Your first session is a gentle introduction. We will talk about what has brought you to therapy, your goals, and how we might work together. There is no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with.
I offer psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and may involve exploring emotions, thoughts, past experiences, and practical coping strategies.
I work with adults (25–64), older adults (65+), and couples. Therapy can support a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges.
Therapy can help with anxiety, stress, low mood, relationship difficulties, life transitions, grief, self-esteem, and emotional overwhelm. You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy.
Ongoing therapy sessions are 50 minutes long. The number of sessions varies depending on your needs, goals, and preferences.

Sessions are priced between £50 and £75, depending on the type of session. The initial telephone or online consultation is free.
Yes. Reduced fees may be available for students or individuals experiencing financial difficulty due to part-time employment or unemployment. Please feel free to discuss this during your initial consultation.
Yes. Therapy is confidential, and your privacy is always respected. There are a few legal and ethical exceptions, which will be explained clearly before therapy begins.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or simply want a safe space to explore your thoughts and emotions, therapy may be helpful. The initial consultation allows you to explore this without commitment.
