The heart is the door to our emotions. You are
important, your emotions and feelings are important.

Thank you for visiting my counselling page. Let me give you a quick introduction. My name is Nila. Before I go into my professional details I would like to speak to you from my heart. My purpose is to be there for anyone who wants emotional support or who could benefit from some emotional support. You see, emotions are all over our body and sometimes we feel lost, stuck, or even confused. That’s the time I would like to come into your life and walk your life journey with you.

Just beside you to make you feel that someone is there. Someone is here to listen to you, to hear you out, to understand you and to remind you who you really are! We all have our family and friends, but sometimes it can get too much for them, you would get biased opinions, or some would even start to give you advise. Professional therapy is tailored for you and only you. That time is all about you, for you to offload, reflect, explore, heal, understand and grow! This is your time and only yours!

I am an accredited psychotherapist/counsellor. I have been in this field since 2018. I started this journey as a trainee counsellor at Westminster Drug Project and worked with adults who were struggling with addictions. I then qualified and started to work independently since 2021.

I provide a calm, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard and supported. Together, we explore your thoughts and emotions, discover coping strategies, and work towards clarity, personal growth, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
